What’s the difference between Quetext Essential and Quetext Enterprise?

Quetext’s Enterprise plan is designed for larger teams and organizations looking for robust features in a scalable secure global platform that offers a word-based pricing rather than user-based pricing, allowing for greater flexibility. The Enterprise plan also includes additional features like remarks and the ability to bulk upload up to 100 files at once, compared to the 20-file limit in the Essential plan.

Do Quetext’s plans allow additional users?

Our Enterprise subscription plan allow subscribers to add unlimited users. Please contact support [email protected] if you need a plan with more than 150 users.

What if I need a higher search limit?

If you exceed the number of words allotted in your plan, you can purchase additional words to complete a search by visiting your subscription page , or you can upgrade to an Enterprise plan and select the number of words you’d like to purchase.

Can I upgrade or change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan at any time. Simply log into your account, navigate to your subscription page, and click “upgrade plan”. Any changes made to your subscription will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Is it more cost effective to purchase multiple tools?
